Driving Last-Minute Sales

When Huttopia, a seasonal outdoor hospitality company, approached LDPR to help generate last-minute bookings only two months prior to the 2024 season’s close, the team new exactly what to do: a targeted influencer marketing program. Working quickly to identify the “right” content creators in each local market for the sites, conduct outreach, negotiate deliverables, develop contracts, set up custom booking codes and organize the visits, the LDPR team secured and hosted nine content creators at select need properties across the portfolio with just 3 weeks left in the season.

 

Results:

  • Generated 15 same-season bookings with less than 3 weeks remaining

  • Gained overall awareness and exposure to over 300K potential new clients for the following season

  • Obtained 20+ high-quality photo assets for use on Huttopia’s channel

  • Created Huttopia ambassadors in 9 regional content creators ahead of the 2025 season
