CULTURE

We believe that integrity is in short supply.

We believe that expectations should always be exceeded and that your success is a terrific investment. We believe immersion brings insight, that relationships matter, and that hammock naps are tough to beat. We believe in integrity, in adding another leaf to the table, and that partners achieve more than vendors… We believe people will listen—if you say something worth hearing.

WE STRATEGICALLY PARTNER WITH COMPANIES, PEOPLE, AND CLIENTS THAT SHARE OUR VALUES.

Women-owned, LDPR is an inclusive, empowering environment where every voice is heard. A savvy group of socially conscious forward-thinkers and doers, we are proud to close the gender pay gap, embrace our differences, and provide opportunity without bias. A member of TravelUnity, Minorities in Media, and the PR Council, we partner with companies, people, and clients that share these beliefs.

Philanthropy is core to who we are

Our staff receives additional paid time off to volunteer and support local charities. Fortunate beyond measure, we’re proud to be an ambassador for A&K Philanthropy, a supporter of World Central Kitchen, a teachers-sponsor at Benin, West Africa’s Sain Farm School, and a donor to various Caribbean community foundations. Of particular interest are group activities in our NYC home base such as mentoring girls and women, donating to clothing drives, hosting an after-school carnival for kids, and volunteering at a pet shelter. We also set aside funds to respond to world events/crises as we consider our role, small but mighty, in striving for the greater good.
