Introducing FISH by José Andrés at The Cove, Atlantis, Bahamas

Atlantis in the Bahamas opened FISH by José Andrés at The Cove, its luxury, adult-only resort. The goal was to highlight The Cove’s culinary and sustainability efforts in collaboration with Chef José Andrés and the non-profit Atlantis Blue Project. The team employed food and beverage influencers to target print and digital media and arranged a multi-page feature story in Departures Magazine. The writer and photographer went on location with Chef José to dive for Lionfish. A highly invasive species in the Bahamas, Chef José is helping save the Caribbean one crispy bite at a time. “Everything that everybody does in life is activism” said Andrés a former Spanish navy cook. His hope is that this high-end example of activism will catch on, creating a win-win for restaurants and the environment.
