Introducing an established hotel brand to a new region

Park Hyatt announced the 2017 opening of its first-ever luxury resort in the Caribbean on the unchartered island of St. Kitts, and expectations (and speculation!) were high. There were immediate challenges including three resort opening date delays, and the worst hurricane season for decades however LDPR rose to the challenge to drive media buzz and ultimately resort sales.
