4 lime wedges
5 mint leaves
1 ounce sugar syrup
1.5 ounces of Puerto Rican White Rum (Royal Isabela prefers Don Q Cristal)
Mint sprig for garnish
Place two lime wedges in a highball glass and use a muddler to crush the lime to release the lime juice. Add sugar syrup and two mint leaves (rub leaves in your hands to release the mint oils). Do not strain. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice, alternating with remaining lime wedges and mint. Pour rum over ice, fill glass with lemon-lime soda, and then stir. Garnish with mint sprig and enjoy.

1.5 ounces of Dark Rum
1 ounces of Crème de Banana
1.5 ounces of Pineapple Juice
0.5 ounces of Sour Mix
Shake all ingredients together. Garnish with pineapple & mango wedge.
