From Start to Finish: LDPR Makes a Difference

We’re throwing it back to October this #TBT, when the LDPR philanthropy team came together to support the Children’s Cancer & Blood Foundation during the “Happiest 5k on the Planet,” for Brooklyn’s Fall Color Run!  The team laced up, along with thousands of other participants, at Aviator Sport & Events Center to #gethappy during the 3-mile run. LDPR averaged a 17-minute mile for the 5k race – 5 minutes faster than last year! – stopping to have friendly paint wars along the way, resulting in rainbow hued hair, clothes and skin. A couple pink “snow angels” were made halfway through the race & the last purple color war had everyone jumping for joy.

Even though the whole LDPR family couldn’t join, we had supporters as far away as Portland, Maine, with baby Henry showing off his colorful stripes and cheering skills!

Stay tuned for a winter philanthropy update, as LDPR continues to make a difference. Thank you to all who made this a wonderful charity event – we look forward to next year!
